System Settings

Activity Audit Log
- Browse list of all changes of data values in fields showing before and after values after update
File Manager
- System Database File Tables
- Tag All - Select all files in list
- Untag All - Un-Select files
- Info - Show file information, path, and record count
- Close - Exit File Manager
Printer Setup
- Setup Default Printer and Settings
System Folder
- Data Folder containing system data files

Activity Audit Log

Browse Audit Log - Lists all record change activity in the system on a field by field criteria. The Old Value and New Value are recorded.
- click Browse Audit Log
  - Activity Audit Log Panel (List) Appears
Purge Activity Log - Used to clear activity in the log. The Start Deleting Log Records at [date] and Finish at [date] are entered.
- When OK is clicked ALL records in the date range are purged.
- click Purge Activity Log
  - The process will select all dates in the range of dates and purge the records.

File Manager

Lists the files used by the application.
- Tag All - selects all records,
- Info - identifies the location of the file and the number of records contained in the file. The
Untag All - untags the tagged records.
Close - closes the File Manager

Printer Setup

System Folder

Displays the contents of the System Data Folder and all files and folders used by the application
- The location of the files are under the currently signed on Windows account, under the documents folder in the folder labeled 'myZureInc'.
  - Example: 'C:\Users\mark\Documents\myZureInc\DEXDash\SCIF'
BACKUP Notice: (Disaster Recover)
- Important Note:
  - The DEXDash System Folder "myZureInc" should be backed-up (copied) to a offline hard drive, USB or cloud drive in case a recovery of data is necessary. i.e. ransomware, hardware failure or any other potential possibility for loss of your data, etc.
  - The sub-folder \SCIF "Secure Confidential Information Folder" contains all data.
