Our Maintenance Support Plan (MSP) ensures that you will always have the latest version of your licensed installation product without any additional cost during the term of the Plan. You get every new release, version, and feature enhancement for your licensed software, providing a budget-conscious way to ensure you're always using the most current technology.
This is the easiest and by far the most economical way for you and your company to keep your software investment current.
We believe the licensing scheme is simple, upfront and equitable. Our software licenses entitle you to perpetual use, and include a maintenance and support plan commencing from the date of purchase. Renewing maintenance is entirely optional.
Maintenance is "upgrade insurance." The Maintenance and Support Plan includes:
The initial purchase of your new license includes a Silver, or Gold Maintenance and Support Plan under which you are eligible for support, upgrades and updates.
The Silver Maintenance and Support Plan will expire 60-days from the initial date of your new license purchase.
The Gold Maintenance and Support Plan will expire one (1) calendar year from the initial date of your new license purchase. If you wish to continue your eligibility for these services, you must pay a renewal fee before or at the time of the expiration of your current Maintenance and Support Plan. The renewal of your annual Maintenance and Support Plan will extend (for another 12 months beyond the expiration date of your current plan) your eligibility for support, upgrades and updates.
If you choose not to renew your maintenance and support plan, you will be able to continue to use the versions, which were released prior to your maintenance and support plan expiration, but your license does not include future versions of the product.
The renewal of your Maintenance and Support Plan will extend (for another 12 months beyond the expiration date of your current plan) your eligibility for support, upgrades and updates.
The option of renewing the Maintenance and Support Plan is available for 15 days (grace period) after your Plan expires. If you forgot to renew, you can purchase a Reactivation for your product.
If your support and maintenance plan has expired or you would like to make the transition from any Softclaim™ product to the latest Softclaim™ Developer Edition version, you can purchase an update. Contact email@example.com for details.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges and 9% restocking fees).
The restocking fee covers expenses associated with returns (e.g. credit card processing fees). We are charged even if you return the product.
We encourage you to evaluate our demo versions before ordering, and we try to provide a description and as much information as we can on each of our products to help you with your ordering to avoid having returns and being charged a restocking fee.
