List Catalog Report
Feature Description
- Report "List Catalog" produces the "Content Catalog List. The list reports two columns for all content in DEXDash.
- Description - Brief description of the content
- Content Catalog Detail - Detail reference description of the content of the record

- click List Catalog to start
- Report Preview of DEXDash Content Catalog List appears
Report Preview Features
- Zoom In - zoom in on the report page (Use '+' key)
- Zoom Out - zoom out on the report page (Use '+' key)
- Layout - select the number of pages to review
- Pages: - select page numbers 1,2,3 or ranges 5-9
- All - select ALL pages to print (Use 'Ctrl+A' Key)
- None - select No pages to print (Use 'Ctrl+N' Key)
- Search - search for value entered in the body content of the report
- Page Numbers [ ## / ## ]
- VCR Buttons - Go to First Page, Last Page (PgUp), Next Page (PgDn), Last Page (End Key)
- Select Printer - choose output method
- Upload - upload to cloud drive
- SaveAS - Excel, Word & PDF (Supports file password on PDF)
- Print - Print one copy, print multiple copies
- Email - report in Excel, Word or PDF format
- Close - report preview
