EXPORT

Exports content records from the DEX data store to an external .html file.
- At the time of writing this tutorial v1.0 of DEXDash ONLY supports the export of Bookmarks and creates a single .html file.
Allows the user to choose the "Export File Name..." and location of the resulting file.
Export Status Category allows the user to choose "All URLs (Bookmarks)", "Special Only", and/or "Share Only".
Any individual Category can be selected, multiples or all three.
The default location of the exported .html file will be in the SYSTEMData folder.
- Example: C:\Users\<UserName>\Documents\myZureInc\DEXDash\SCIF
DEX randomly names the file with the YYMMDD-HHMMSS.html.
- Example: DEXDashExport-230226_131840.html
- This name can be modified by the user.
When the Export completes the "Success" message window will appear indicating the exact count of lines Exported.

Click Export Commandbar button
The Export Panel appears
Select an Export Status Category "check 1" to use as a filter to export the records to be included in the resulting export file.
The Export Content Type is defaulted to URL/Link (Default). As of v1.0 this is the only type that can be exported.
The Export File Name will be prefilled with a default file name. This name can be changed by the user.
A folder lookup button can be selected to direct the file be saved to a folder other than the default folder. Default: C:\Users\User Name>\Documents\myZureInc\DEXDash\SCIF
Click the Export button to begin the export process
The "Success" message window will appear when complete. This window will display the number of lines exported to the file. Example: "44 Line(s) Exported to DEXDash Bookmark/Favorites"
Click OK to complete the process
